Kids' Courses

Children learn much faster and with much more ease than adults. Moreover, children who speak two or more languages, are proven to get higher grades in high school. Therefore it's a pretty great thing that TaalTaal now also offers courses that are specifically aimed at kids.

At TaalTaal we think that learning doesn't have to be boring. On the contrary: we make it fun to learn! Games in a foreign language, creative exercises, funny role playing games and vocabulary that's important to children: that's what the TaalTaal method is all about.

The new season starts on January 24th 2010 and consists of 8 lessons of 60 minutes each. There are no lessons during school holidays and there's a maximum of 8 pupils per group.

Kids' Course Spanish

Description: This course is aimed at children age 6 till 10 who don't speak Spanish yet (or only know a little bit of Spanish.) Together with your teacher you'll go on an adventure through Spain and South America. Is your Spanish good enough at the end of the course to give the story a happy end?

Day and time: Every Monday from 4pm till 5pm.

Kids' Course Dutch

Description: This course is offered in cooperation with the French school (l'école Francaise) of The Hague. We fetch your kids from school and walk them to the TaalTaal building. (about 150-meter-distance.) If your children are not students of the French school, you can also bring them to our school yourself. The Dutch Kids' Course is aimed at children who already speak and write a little bit of Dutch, but need more practise.

Day and time: Every Tuesday from 3.30pm till 4.30pm.

Kids' Course English

Description: Even if it's just to better understand video games, you can't start too early learning this world language! This course is aimed at children age 6 till 10 who only know a little bit of English or no English at all.

Day and time: Every Wednesday from 4pm till 5pm.

Kids' Course Turkish

Description: It's not easy when you're the only one in your family who doesn't speak Turkish. This course is aimed at children age 6 till 10 that want to learn Turkish fast, and also learn a little bit about Turkish culture.

Day and time: Every Thursday from 4pm till 5pm.

Kids' Course French

Description: The French course for kids is aimed at children who know little or no French. Through the means of games and exercises your children have practised and improved their French.

Day and time: Every Tuesday from 15.30 till 16.30 uur.

Kids' Course Italian

Description: The Italian course for kids is aimed at children who know little or no Italian. Through the means of games and exercises your children have practised and improved their Italian.

Certificate

At the end of the course, you will receive a certificate with your proficiency level. We use the standardized Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR), also known as ERK in Dutch.
