Q What happens if I have to quit the course halfway through?

We are always very accommodating to unexpected circumstances. You can always catch up on missed lessons later. What we often do is that you can redo the entire course for free.

Q Do I have to live in the Netherlands to take a course?

In principle, it is not necessary, but for physical classes at our location, it is recommended. For online classes, it does not matter. For immersion courses (60 hours in 2 weeks), it often happens that students from abroad book a hotel.

Once you receive the confirmation and invoice, your spot is basically reserved. We will then do our best to provide a great course for you.

Q What options are there if my group does not go ahead?

It may happen that there are too few registrations to make a group. In that case, we offer the option without obligation of a private alternative at a reduced rate (20-35% off) or an upgrade to a more expensive course. This allows you to continue studying to any level you wish. You are under no obligation to accept any offer.

Q Can I sign up for multiple courses?

Yes, you may register for multiple courses, but we do recommend that you do so in consultation so that it does not interfere with each other if, for example, you start French and Italian at the same time.

Q Do you also take care of visa applications?

Unfortunately, we are not set up to help provide a visa. For that, you are better off going to a university or college.

Q Can I change teachers for a private course?

Yes, if there is no click between you and the instructor, you can request to be assigned another instructor. While this is fortunately rare, we would like to give you that flexibility.

Q What should I do if I am not happy about something?

Please contact reception as soon as possible and we will work to find a solution. It is always possible that something does not turn out as expected or that we unexpectedly make a mistake. It may also be that your own schedule turns out to be a little different than you expected. It is our policy to be flexible and generous with reasonable requests. We have had very positive experiences with this, so please talk to us if there is something.
